Everything you’re building needs a body that can carry it.
We’re resetting the retreat cycle, and the year starts where everything else depends on it — your health. Seven nights to train, eat, sleep, and think differently, and to leave with a 60-day plan you’ll actually run.
Train for capability, not appearance. Daily movement scaled to where you actually are today.
An honest look at how you eat. Learn to fuel a demanding life without living on restriction.
Sleep, stress, and rest — the half of the equation most high performers skip, and the one that breaks them.
You leave with a personalized action plan and a room full of people running it alongside you.
The Norwegian Viva is one of the newest ships at sea — an ocean-view fitness center, thermal spa and hydrotherapy suite, open-air walking track, and dining that makes eating well easy.
Between ports you’ll have the room to do this properly: training in the morning, sessions through the day, and real sleep with the Caribbean rolling by.
Round-trip from Galveston, Texas aboard the Norwegian Viva. Ports may vary slightly by sailing.

DisembarkationThe easiest airport to fly into is Houston Hobby (HOU) — about a 45-minute drive to the Port of Galveston, and typically the closest and simplest option. Houston Bush Intercontinental (IAH) is the larger international hub, roughly 75 minutes away. We strongly recommend flying in on Friday, Jan 8 — or even Thursday, Jan 7 — to settle in, avoid travel-day stress, and be relaxed and ready at the pier well before the 4:00 PM Saturday departure on Jan 9.
Every stateroom includes a private balcony, all main dining, and the full retreat programming. Want more? Upgrade to a Club Balcony Suite (+$500 pp) or The Haven (from +$3,500) — compare all three.
All reservations and full payment are due by November 25, 2026 (45 days before we sail). Cabin upgrades go up $500 per person on October 12 — book & pay by October 11 to lock in the early-bird rate. Prices exclude gratuities, taxes & port fees unless noted.
Every retreat tier already includes a private balcony. If you want more room — or the full ship-within-a-ship — you can add it when you reserve.
Prices shown are the early-bird rate. Every cabin upgrade goes up $500 per person on October 12, so a couple who books by Oct 11 saves $1,000. The Haven is priced per reservation and is not available on a shared stateroom; Haven suites are strictly limited and assigned first-come, so your exact suite category depends on what’s available when you book.
The Physical Retreat is open only to members of the Life360 community. Spots are limited by stateroom availability and reserved on a first-come basis.
Complete the form and you'll be taken to secure checkout to confirm your stateroom. Your spot is held once your deposit is received.
